Who here is stayin up in da GA

I really want to move back to Brevard County. However, if/when Brevard county gets it's beaches built up like Palm Beach (all fucking mansions, no parking), I'm moving out of America's wang.

im from west plam man and ive seen that place go from hood to swank in a matter of less than a decade. the real estate market has plateued for right now which sucks for my family cuz we're in real estate but its been riding high for too long now. i wouldnt be surprised to see the west coast of florida explode within the next 10 years. thats why im movin to georgia the cost of living is low and im still close to my family in florida. kingsland good cuz its like 30 minutes from jax and like 4 hours from west palm.

I know up here near Pensacola FL its grown a lot!! Like someone said a few posts back you cant even find a small Townhome for $140k anymore. And yeah the beaches are gettin overtaken by condos and oversized houses. Or some kind of gay beach shops for tourist, haha. So if thats part of the westcoast of Florida you were refering to, its already growing way too much!! Still like it though, so I just visit ATL from time to time to check up on the place up there.
