Let's use the correct terms if you want help, "juice" comes from stuff like oranges.

I checked my notes, and the wiring diagram for my '88 B2200, which unfortunately does list some colors that are different than those actually on my truck.

I assume that by the above statement that you do not find 12 volt positive voltage in the RB (Red/black) wire going into the dimmer switch when the headlights are switched on, yet the parking lights and taillights are lit at that same time.

If The above is the case, then you have an "open" or disconnect/cut/broken RB wire, as the parking lights and taillights are fed by that same thinner RB wire coming from the headlight switch on the combination switch. I'd strip off some insulation from the RB wire at the switch (don't cut though the wire) or tap into it there, and jump that to the dimmer switch where the RB wire goes, and see what happens.

Sorry about the click remark earlier, these do not have a headlight relay, was thinking about another truck. When the headlight switch is in the high beam position, the RW (Red/white) wire at the ignition switch should have 12 volt positive voltage.

For information, the low beams are powered from the thicker RB wire from the headlight switch, and the headlight switch gets its power input from the 4th wire, which on mine is GB (Green/black).
