mystery motor size

I just bought an '89 mighty max and i dont know the liter size of the motor. The plate on the firewall says its a G63B or G6B3 i cant remember. it doesnt have a/c or power steering. Thanks, if anybody can help.

No A/C and power steering equals more power lol..

its def. a g63b ive had several of these motors and they are pretty cool. ive got one right now in my 92 mm that has the injection system and exhaust from a 4g63.

let me clarify this, the g63b is a 2.0L
my 92 mm came with a 4g63 that is a 2.4L but had a bad motor.
i took out the bad 4g63 block and put in the 6g3b block using the 4g63 injection system and exhaust.

basically i swapped in a long block.

The motor in the 90 MM or d50 on up are 2.4 4G64's. Then there are 2.6's called the g53b and the 2.0s called the g63b

so in the 83 d-50 2.6L , it would be the g53b engine?

g63b is a narrow 2.0

When it comes to the 2.0's there is no such thing as a wie block or narrow block 4g63. Carbed or EFI there is no wide or narrow.
