rear drum to disc conversion

since these trucks came with a six lug application i was thinking about changing from drums to discs. maybe ones off a some sort of chevy like a suburban? has any one done this or have any info on this kind of conversion?

I remember a long time ago someone doing it and thy used rotors from a chevy 1500 I believe but not 100% sure on that. And then thy made a custom bracket for the caliper

look at a 2nd gen or newer montero? the axle design is different but the hubs might be compatible.
