Not titanium..maybe some steel..

Yea I doubt its actually titanium. You can't weld two different types of metal together, such as steel and aluminum, or steel and titanium. It just doesnt work. They can be brazed together however, but not welded.

Doesnt titanium spark up if you try to weld it too?

I've never tried it, but someone told me that it makes some crazy bright lights when you try it. Like bright enough to damage your eyes with a welding mask on. And he said it puts off some crazy fumes. This is welding setup for mild steel. I don't know for a fact though, but I do know you cant weld steel to titanium. You can drill and tap it (I think you need special bits) and weld a tab on your frame to attatch titanium blocks.

actually I have heard you can weld two diffrent metals together with water......this is the same guy who has built a motor than runs on water.....my little bro told me about it....some new technolgy ...Im doing some reaserch on it now.

i think that same guy invented a plasma cutter that runs off water...it ionizes the water to utilize the hydrogen molecule...safe to the touch but will burn through some shit if it touches metal...it was crazy i think i still have the video on my computer..let me look real quick, ill post it up...actually i think it mentions something about that car too.
