the reason i asked is i noticed a lot of 4x's on ebay have have a newer bed on them. i noticed the bottom doesn't line up but the rest isn't bad. its hard to find a std cab w/ a 6ft box and not 7. every american style bed around here is a 7ft 4x

them are nice. keepem comin.

are you guys using wheel spacers for the fwd wheels?

phat: i thought your sig was ps'd. would look sweet as hell.

i feel your pain phat. im 6'4" 270. but with mx3 seats directly bolted to the floor its not too bad. thought about a stock floor drop like we did on my buds f/s chevy. all i would have is a 3/4- 1" hump where my frame rail is.

I'm 6'4 and 230. I have no problem fitting in mine, and my total roof height is 1" shorter than your trucks. I have Saturn seats and a smaller steering wheel and I have plenty of room for a body drop.

My 86 originally had a j/c 2wd bed on it with 4wd fenders. I found a 4wd truck with a good american 6ft bed and swapped em out. I would rather have had a j/c 4wd bed but I spent 7mos. looking for a worthwhile bed in this area that didn't cost me a fortune. I got the ruck pretty cheap and the bed is in great shape. I'm not gonna bitch other than the fact I can't run my reverse offset wires with the american bed.

^^same here but the diff is im still lookin 4 a 4wd bed
