My truck leaks down in the front. Will leak down overnight, and it sat 2 days before they worked on it. The hardline doesnt seal for shit.

Its 75. It used to be just any 30 year old vehicle, but in 2005 they made the cutoff 1975. So my truck would have been less than 3 years away from being exempt.

The wheels are fine, my tires have a wheel guard that does a pretty good job. It just looks like they turned HARD at low speed, because it just pushed the fender out.
