Yes, new uppers. They're screw in balljoints. The arms were made to clear the RE7 bags, or 2600s. Whats surprising about heims? They're QA1 heims, and much better than paying $65 a pop for adjustable bushing ends that will allow you to adjust caster and camber at the same time.
