Hey rob i would put another tab on the inside of the lower link bar mounts, your making that a single shear load on the bolt and being that the lower bars are what actualy push your truck down the road i would want some extra insurance. Mabey make a bolt on tab that goes to the inside of the bar end?

????Kyle I have read this like 100 times I cant figure out what you are trying to tell me please let me know what you are trying to tell me, I figured that the bar is so close to the head of the bolt and the frame it would be alright If the bar was farther out on the bolt

A bolt in a single shear opperation is much more likely to fail. Read the " Strength of Bolts in Shear" section on this page. It explains it well.

It would be much stronger to have an extra mounting point on the outside of your lower link bar bushing where it attatches to the frame. To support the other side of the link bar, and create a double shear situation, greatly strengthening to mounting point and lessening the chance of bolt failure.
