2 links are the shit. seth, cutting that notch apart to reweld it is stupid. just make some notches out of 2x3.

Why is it stupid to grind out a weld thats hardly there? I don't have any 2x3 left to make notches. Remember, cheapass customer.

shit the labor on the notch work is more than a 2x3 notch would run.
20 in steel hour in welding it up. you still got a hour to weld up the ones you are gonna spend 2 hours cutting apart. plus your gonna use up a grinding disc or two. now you tellin me that your time is only worth 8.50 an hour after materials? think about it.

yes but labour doesnt cost money directly, were as buying material does., the notch is fine, just needs repairing and re-welded
