my old yota was doored on 215/35/18 and it pushed the fenders up 1/4". nitto makes a 215/30/18 that will clear just fine. thats what i was gonna run but ended up selling mine. hit me back if you got any questions or need pics

I've seen doored toys on the smallest 17s made and they were almost hitting the fender. I've never heard of a 215/30/18. what tire comes in this size?

they make a 215-30-20 thats like 25" tall

215/35/18 is 23.92 in
215/40/18 is 24.77 in

i made them out of some 3/16" plate, and a couple 4 link bushings. modified the stock frame mounts to fit the bushings.

Well i have about 1/4"-3/8" of rocker left. The door is probably about 1/2" off the ground. I was going to cut it all the way to the doors, but it should fit a 215/35/18 the way it is now, and those are cheap enough for me to afford. if i had to go with some odball size and pay $250 a tire, id probly never be able to scrap up the cash.

Did some work on the front bags. Gonna order the hydraulic cylinders friday for it. Gonna run a Fat 8" in the back, and a thinner 10" up front.

all i got left on this bag mount is to gusset it, and clean up the plate a bit.
