i dont have any pix of the one leaf i dont think.. ill look around though... and i like the skull logo on there.. that looks sic.
and you should notch your frame... pretty easy to do if you have a welder.

No welder but i know about 3 or 4 peps that do. Also i need some cash to take it to the next step. i was thinking of how i could come up with so extra cash to sink into it. I want to notch the frame, buy some 2" drop spindles and start buying parts and pieces for the air system. i fig. if i could buy a tank, then valves and slowly build up every thing that is needed to run a complete system, then maybe it wont hurt so bad dishing out the cash. i hoping that one of my friends will be upgrading there system soon so i can get some parts cheep.

Got a question:
The round bar that is welded to "u" clamps that bolts to the bottom of the frame from one side to the other, right behind the trany. What is the porpoise of this. If i take this round bar out it would give me more clearance.
Should i or should i not with out replacing it with something else?

Well i got the f. air shocks in yesterday and I'm also flipping the ball joints to get me a little lower. I hope to get some done today and finished tomorrow. i got the drivers side ball joints flipped and there's a big difference all ready. I'm having to put a spacer under the lower ball joint bolts due to the nut plate used to fasten the, i believe a sway bar. It looks like a small torsion bar that goes to the front of the truck. Anyways i'll post some pics later on.

ok, i'm not so happy with the out come of the air shocks on the front. i thought that at the least i could raise up the front just about a inch or so to clear stuff but to not thinking to good on my part. there is a reason why they only make air shocks for the back of trucks. No. 1 they are a pain in the ass to mount and fit in the front. No. 2 they are not made to lift the front of a truck up with. So all that i have accomplished is to be able to control the ride handling of the front. So in short i can control how the front bounces when i hit a bump.

So i guess i'll replace the air shocks with std. shocks some time in the near future and find some use for these air shocks on something else.
