thanks

btw, your yota is bad ass.
Do you still drive it or is it setting up?

it looks nothing like that. it's got shaved x-cab windows, flat black, no bed, and chrome 20"s. same mirrors, but redoing the suspension, and doing a trad bodydrop. i need a lwb bed if you run across a spare american bed.

Ok, i've done some more work on the toy.
It's all most ready except for the drive side tension nuts on the torsion bar threaded set shaft are seized together and i cant break them free.
I got the passenger side broken free but the other one is impassable.
Anyways i fig. i'll at the worst i'll get a nut splitter and cut off the top nut and buy a new one.
well here's some updated pics of the progress.
The carb works great and the over all performance of the truck is good!!!!!

Lowering of the rear. total drop almost 4". There's is about 1/4" of space between the rubber stop and the rear end.

why did you pull the bed? if you want to go a little bit lower, pull your leaf pack one side at a time and take out the middle leaf. you can cut the bump stop down a bit with a angle grinder or saw-zall, to allow for the drop.
