well i pulled the bed off so i could put 3" drop block on and i pulled the bottom leaf out. i kept the middle leaf.
I was worried about not having the main leaf and just the smaller one. i thought that it would be a little safer with the 2 longer leafs instead.
Bump, do you have any pic of someone rocking just the main with the lower leaf? Just so i can see how it looks.

well i got the front dropped last night. I think it needs to be about 1" lower tho.
What do you guys think?

im running the single main leaf.
Ill try to take pictures of it.

I hate it hahaha it has absolutely 0 support.
mines laying on the bump stops(cut in half haha) and bounces and smashes around like a mother.

so how low does it set?
also do you have drop blocks installed as well?

Well i found out that it is as low as it will go. I was hoping to go 1" lower in the front.
I'm seating on the rubber stops in the front and 1/4" form seating on stops in the back.
So looks like the next step is drop spindles and 4 link to get lower.
That sucks cuz that means I'll have to spend some cash.

What are you guys and girls ideas on removing the f. rubber stops to get a little lower?
Save to drive, save on the searing linkage, will it mess up any thing, or will it just be a hard hit if i hit a big bump? /Or would it be better if i just shaved them down just a hair?

DONT take them out.
It'll slam hard and very unpleasant.
mine just fell out today about 2 hours ago actually

what do you mean fell out? your rubber stops or did your truck fall apart?

well i pulled the stops out and cranked to torsion bars so that there's about 1.25" gap for travel.rides good for what it is. but now there's one other problem. the tires rub the finder wells when i turn ever once in a wile, well the plastic inserts that are mounted inside the finder wells that is. so that's the next thing to do is remove the plastic inserts. once that is done i think i'll be done with the front on the truck as fare as ride height. i need to drop the back 1 more inch tho.
