FatMat.com. Free shipping and no tax unless you're in PA. Came with a little box cutter and a roller also...$129.99 shipped. Can't beat that. It's not much cheaper on ebay either, I checked.

im about to body mine, do you think it was easier to channel it rather than to do a traditional BD?

Without having to do the whole floor, which you won't have to, I think so. The best part is I lost zero room inside the cab. My knees are a little higher, but that's it. Overall I like it this way. What day is that show??

Um, it does look a little familiar. Well, actually a lot familiar. Ass. Haha.
You can use the FatMat as a heat shield too. No need for any other products.
Its easier to do a traditional body drop, but easy isn't always the best way.
-Bonus of the channel is headroom, lap room, and foot room.
-Downside is there is more exact science with the measurements, and you have an interesting lump in the floor.
-Bonus of the traditional is it takes less time, and you have more room under the cab for exaust.
-Downside is the step into the cab, and alot less headroom/lap to steeringwheel room. I'd suggest for you what I suggested for the cable monkey, channel that bitch. You're like me, and need the lap room. If you need metal, hit me up. I had pieces all cut to size and bent to specification for my projects. Made life easy, and was'nt that much more. Lets just say minitruckers have a hook up at Escondido Metal Supply.

I can attest to the metal, definitely easier when the pieces were already bent and formed. I added heat shield for two reasons, one for extra protection, and two because it made the floor a little more padded. Add to that the matting and carpet, and my floor is like a down comforter. Not needed, but it was more of a personal choice.
