Like an inch or two tops.

Check out and go to the Toyta/4Runner section. They'll have a lot more info on lifting yout Yota than we will.

Good call Seth - never thought about pirate.
could also try :
- there is a full toyota section there too. As for the cheapest bet - I would say a set of spindles and upper arms would be the cheapest place to start. there are full blown kits out there that can run up past $2,000
This is a great kit BUT Bloody pricey.

If your wanting 4wd arms and mounts let me know. I have a 4wd parts truck and I have the whole front clip minus the hubs. Only thing you would need would be your stock spindles and be able to weld the 4wd mounts to the frame.

what are you asking for them and how much lidt would that get me?

here is a simple lift -

Dude make me an offer. If you want to spring for the bulk shipping I'll cut the frame off at the firewall and send it to you.

As far as lift goes it would be probably a good 4in or more pending on how you set it up. The 4wd arms are wider than the 2wd and there is a longer mount for the lower arms which is where you'd be getting all your lift at.

Pull the arm off, and take everything off of it. Now, strip the it bar right behind the balljoint bolt holes. Strip like a 2" section all around the arm. Now cut it right there. Move the balljoint portion of the arm down about 2-3 inches, and take careful measurements so you can do the other side the same. Line it up, and tack it in place. Now inspect it a little more to make damn sure its straight. Now make a plate to fill the gap on the top of the arm, 1/8" plate will work. THen plate and gusset the backside best you can. Then, bolt the balljoitn back on, and take note of its location. Trace it if you have to. Then make two gussets from the step on the arm and weld them in place. Repeat fo the other side.

And in order to make drop arms you would just move the cut piece up instead.
