put a straight axle under it,several companies make conversion kits,but you can do it yourself,my wife's first truck was a 87 regular cab on 35's,torsions cranked up 3 inches,with 3 inch blocks,3 inch body lift,cleared 35's no prob.then her second truck was a 87 extra cab on 42's,straight axle swap,12 inches of suspension lift,bad ass but sold it,now 95 suburban on 39 1/2's with 20 inch wheels,with 11 inches of lift,it's for sale if anyone is interested.
