pretty much startin over on this frame and putting my motor, bed, fenders ,etc on the new truck......i got 20" rims so i want to get as much lift as i can, front and back. i'm gonna run a forward 4 link and mount my bags on the lower bars....up front i plan on z'ing the frame,...... I need some input on z'ing and getting max lift , can i use my stock arms?

You can get a lot of lift with stock arms if you put the bag as low as possible.

Channel the frame a bit and run a 2600 bag and keep it down low, you'll be able to get at least 10 inches. You could even get 12-13 if you do it right.

Measure from the axle to where its going to be mounted.

im running contitech 2500 and 2600lb 4-ply bags and i love them.

Slams are firm, Firestones soft, Contitech is in the middle. Depends on what kind of ride you want.

what about valves?

Personal preference and budget determines what kind you buy. I'm running Ascos. Had GC Extremes.
