Have you inspected the tires closely. Those pics make 'em look worn down quite a bit. Are the tires directional? Are any showing wierd wear patterns? Just sayin, might be the tires. Just my 3 cents.

Yes the are directional and I don't see any weird wearing on them.

the alignment shop is gonna fax me specs to my aligment tomorrow so ill see how far off the toe in/out is off if thats it?

I am thinking it has more to do with the additional width I got by adding the front spacers. I keep thinking of the widetrak ads from Pontiac a few years back.

Is it possible to add steering staiblizer from a 4x4 Yota to my ride? anyone do this?

just replace your 2wd one, they are like 20$. The 4wd ones have a different end where they connect at the frame and cost like $60.

More than likely its your rear tires causing the whaletail your having. That happens when the rear tires stick out or in farther than the front. Measure the width of your front versus the rear. You may have to bite bullet and find rims that fit a little better.

Hmmmm... I never heard of that before...
What do you mean by whailtail? I'm not familiar with this term.

My wheels are almost flush with the fenders so i highly doubt the rears stick out further than the fronts but ill take some measurements this weekend and see whats up.

Whaletail means the vehicle gets tossed around like the rear is breaking loose. Ever drive on the highway/ freeway and you hit the long ruts in the asphalt from heavy truck use? its kind of a swaggering motion?

Back in the day.... when wide ass tires that stuck past the outside sheetmetal you would get this effect, it happens when the wheelbase width is really offset.

Hmmm...

I notice it more in the front end than the rear.

I throw my stock wheels on the rear and see if it changes anything.

ok just got back from a test drive and still the same...

maybe the rims are warp? are those adapters brand new?
