I'm gonna try to say this as well...
Matthew Klausing was also one of my best friends, day in and day out he showed in every way, exactly what it was to be a caring individual, he treated everyone along the same lines as he treated his truck, he put every ounce of his blood into trucks and friendships. When I moved to Orlando I didn't know anyone, as anyone knows it's hard to make friends in a big city, but I drove my truck up to the local hangout and stood there for damn near 10 minutes before Goober walked up and introduced himself, the next day I met Matt, and ever since we had been through thick and thin, through advice towards girlfriends, to what speaker sounds better, to concerts, to car shows, we were all together, I can't even imagine what it's going to be like now, I feel like I have lost one of my favorite people to talk to, I had a hard time at the hospital tonight letting out everything that is trapped inside, because truth is, Matt wouldnt want to see anyone cry, he would want everyone to be strong and stride on. Which we all will achieve but right now we are at a loss. Not to mention his parents were two of the greatest parents I have met in my life, their caring devotion towards every interest of his was phenomenal, and I know had being givin the chance Matt would have made a excellent father, because he was taught well the values in friendship and family. He will be missed, but his memory will live on. Our club will be hosting a show in his memory every year from here on out, and it will tie in with our Rail-It Cruises we'll make sure of that, but that will all be set in stone at a later date...
Matt- We all love you so much, you were more then a brother but a mentor to everyone, we used to joke around about how us young guns were in the scene and he was a few years older, I used to mess with him saying "You were probably driving a real car when I was in my power wheels" And even though he would act mad, he knew that he was looked up to, and had been around the block. R.I.P my fellow club member, bestfriend, and brother..
R.I.P Matt Klausing 8-2-05 You will be missed!!
