matt you were the best guy with a great sense of humor. you will be missed by everyone you've met. im in shock as im sure all of our florida brothers and sisters are and from now we will have to remember our times together... rest in peace brotherjim

Matt was a cool guy, always could be found at any/all parties and hangouts and he was always mingling with everyone. No matter what was going on or how things were he was always glad to see you. I still can't believe this. Thanks for the memories Matt! and R.I.P.

R.I.P. ...... I'm speechless ........... less the 2 weeks ago we were just hangin out and talking about how much fun we were goin to have now that i moved to orlando..... I'm so sorry to all his family and close friends i truely wish i had more time w/ u to get to know u better and get to have all the fun we were talking about ... Hey this is Selena- Matt was like my brother-my party partner, a part of our family. He would do anything for us and anyone. We have many great memories. Words can not express how this hurts and he will be loved & missed alot.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
After leaving the hospital a few of us went to the site and found not only his logo still attached to the glass, but found a piece of paper beside the tree that reads:
