when i have my volume all the way down, i hear the speakers whining, and it sounds like a blower whine if i rev it up, would this be a bad ground or what? couls it be caused by my remote accessory wire being close to my rcas? my power cable is on the opposite side of the truck, so that couldnt be it.i have a feeing the RCAS i have for my highs are probally of poor quality and are not shielded enuff, but i want to get yals thoughts on other possiblities.

the remote wire could cause the problem depending on the rca quality. highs can be bad about picking up alternator noise. check for good ground on the amp. you may have to get a noise suppressor filter

I had the same problem in my duallie. It endedup being through the aux input. I had my satelite radio tied in through it. The satelite was plugged into the cigarette lighter plug. So I cut the end off the power cord for the satelite and hooked it up to the power and ground that went to the cd player. Problem solved, and the satelite turned off when the truck was turned off.

usually means your remote wire and your RCA's are run through the car too close to each other

this is only true with badly wrapped wires. meaning the insulation is shitty. what wires are u running? i ran RCA's and power wire together for a long time with no noise. and i was running the scosche wiring from wal-mart. could be a bad ground anywhere.

Try better quality rcas. Shouldn't be the remote wire causing the noise because I always run it with the rcas at work. Something else you could get isan sni-1 I think is the part number. It's a grounf loop isolater and tat usually works.

the RCAs for my highs are most likely the problem, as i have heard they arnt worth a sh1t, they are Memphis brand rcas, and then some blue ones the guy at the shop gave me, but im only runnin the front 2channels so the blue ones arnt sending signal to anything.

the problem is either rcas and remote wire ran to close to each other they cause an antanna. Or bad ground iam guessing bad ground. clean teh are around the ground and then screw it down tight.
