iv got 1" with a 5/8 grade 8 bolt.i was told that anything bigger than that,youll loose travel.

for my tacoma im almost positive i dont have to drill anything but for other trucks its probably different.

yea the taper on your balljoints might be not as severe so you could use them.

www.camburg.com has some...the guy from minitruckin with that yota mounted his the retarded way, you should mount them the way camburg shows so they can pivot freely when you lift up the front up and down

is there any control arm company that makes arms with ball joints just like longtravel off road arms? if not someone should definately get on that. Or am i just being faded n not thinking?

mount it horizontal not vertical so it can get big lift and lay without stopping because of its limited throw, thats why balljoints break cause when lift it too fast they hit their max throw and pop...look at camburg.com and 98-05 ranger suspensions and look at how they are doing the spindles and top arms...thats the best way to do it

You can mount them both ways it depends on your application.
