The Camburg is definitely top notch but "george bush" mounting it like that required "custom Billet CNC fabricated uprights / spindles." plus you have to find a bag that "gets 16" of real usable wheel travel" I don't think the one pictured is retarded or that you can honestly say it isn't an improvement on the stock piece.

Baja concepts in fallbrook has 1in uni balls on sell for like 90 bucks right now, and I see them mounted vertical on off road trucks to get more travel, also kar-tek carrys them and the price isnt bad, but if you mount vertical you will need a new spindle

Look on www.builtbybyc.com he has some "long travel" ball joints for his control arms. They might be what you are looking for.

actualy,its a pretty good improvment over stock.or on my truck anyway.i needed the extra travel to clear 24s on mine.they work better than regular ball joints,i think.

they have an assload more angle and in rams like mine where you end up going through balljoints yearly its a good investment because they bind less, travel farther,and last longer.
