Forgot to add this. Newsweek has a good writeup. It doesn't really point fingers but really states by a timeline a story of by facts, what happened. Overall, yes the government's leadership is in question and response time is sadly slow, which the media is now eatting up in all their stories. Just sad that all the poverty, un-educated, unfinancially stable people had to suffer and die.
That's not a TIMELINE, it's an ARTICLE, and considering the source, practially an EDITORIAL.
