Shift lever bearing removal HELP!

Everyone I asked said they dont think there should be any brass washers in there. Service manager said you could bring it by and let him take a look at it and maybe he could try to figure it out. I had him look through the EPC with me and he didnt see anything that it could be. Just bring it when you pick up your parts if you havent figured it out yet.

The brass washer may have been a thrust washer. I can't for the lift of me remember if there was one in the ones I've rebuilt, been some months. I can get a breakdown of it though and see if there is one.

upon closer inspection, the bearings have steel cages, so they're getting left in since they're apparently unobtainable.

on the washer, i know that fucker came outa there somewhere, because I dont usually have brass washers laying around on the floor. if it helps, it came from the extension housing side.
