ahh!!!...ok im putting a 305 in....but i want to know what year i should use preferably carburated, and what set of headers will be the best to use to make the making of the exhaust easiest.
I would defenatly try to stay carburated just cause it would be a lot less of a headache unless your Russ D and can work over that beoch. Be careful of some of the 351's that came w/ the eletric carb setup.. idk proper terms for it.. but you have to run a points distrib. and msd setup along w/ a new carb. And the ultimate customs kit has to be modified if you want it to lay out.. if i remember correctly.

you probably know this, but 305 and 350 are the exact same block, just the bore is changed, so any and every set of 350 headers will bolt up. Not sure which one will give you clearence though, sorry
