depending on the type of plastic it could be plastic welded... or I know people that have sleeved it I believe and used some adhesive to get it back together

2.75 put my rocker even with frame but I went with 3" to be safe.

mine was 3.25 to lay rocker, and i ended up doing it a total of 4" to lay it out hard.

every truck will be different, just measure for your inparticular one, and cut the whore.

all trucks that dont lay frame for one reason or another will be different sure
