what are the best flush mount leds?and where to get them

iv only stuck with 1 brand and thats hitech leds. i have a 8inch third break light on my s10. its sort-of flush already but my truck isnt ready to be painted. all i did was sand it down to the shap of the cab with 600. bright as$ hell....
