im sure you can cut them on some models I just dont believe you can on these esystreet ones. They are shit anyways though.

maybe you should cut 2" out of the bag itself and hot glue it back together

There is no doubt that cutting the shock will ruin it. But maybe he could just cut the lower bracket and raise that. I'm not talking about separating the bracket from the shock, just cutting the "tabs" parallel to the shock and raising the mounting holes a little. It may not accomplish a two inch drop, but it could gain a little and as long as the welding skills are good I wouldn't see a problem with it.

ima gonna be expirmenting on mine soon and see wut happens. All I know is all the wheels wells have to be cut out on my car cause the wheel hits before the strut can lay out.

Good Idea man. I think I am going to try and cut the 2" out of the bag. And Hot glue it back together or use a BIG Tire patch. This chat has gotten pretty interesting. HA HA
