COREY - DID I NOT CALL YOU LAST SATURDAY WITH SEVERAL OPTIONS AND YOU DECLINED TO CHOOSE ANY - I OFFERED TO BUILD YOU 2 DIFFERENT TYPES OF UPPERS AND THAT YOU COULD RAISE YOU UPPER ARM MOUNTS 1/2" TO EASILY FIX THE PROBLEM - WHAT ELSE DO YOU EXPECT OTHER THAN ME OFFERING TO DO WHATEVER TO FIX THE PROBLEM?

we had that same problem. just cut the joint at the welds and then lay the truck lay out and weld the joints back in ....which kicks them more. it sucked we had to do it , but its really not a big deal to fix. they must not have know if you had spindles or lowers . that can change things too

You've got mail... i'd rather not type stuff anymore as stuff gets taken out of context to easily.

Please call me.

You offered to adjust the BJ angle on the arms which I believe is going to then effect it at lift and its going to bind then.

You also offered to make adjustable arms... which getting those setup will be as much or more work than raising the upper mount 1/2" which is all stuff I shouldn't have to do. I don't want to pay labour on doing work that shouldn't have had to be done in the first place. There should be no reason that these aren't layin 20's.

I've got nothing against you at all man, the arms are top quality and i'll support that, I just want mine to work already as its been holding me back. I've sent you a couple emails sayin that too.

Lets just get it resolved and then everyone can be happy and all will be good.

Im an easy goin guy and I only like to hate on Mike White.

What kind of balljoints are in the KW arms? Aftermarket balljoints? Or are they the Buick/Mercury screw ins? Or Mustang II screw ins?

some kind of screw in.

I gathered that. I was wondering what type. The only two I know of are the Mercury/Buick ones, and the Mustang II ones. I know the Mustang II balljoints have about 10 degrees more travel than the others. And you can get them with chrome tops and stuff. I was thinking about using them on my truck. Was just thinking you may be able to swap them out if they aren't using the Mustang IIs.

You should have made arms that layed on 20s like you said they would in the first place. Angling the balljoint will cause them to bind at lift. Making him adjustable uppers will mean mounting them with tabs which is work that shouldnt have to be done. Same with raising the mounts 1/2" which isnt gonna help from what I can tell. Maybe just figure out the problem and send arms that lay out like you said these ones do? I dont know.

all i know is that the stock yota balljoints i used on my mazda layed 19s with stock spindles, and lifted enough to untuck 2" with a 3" bodydrop. the arms were also 7/8" shorter than stock. i dont see the reason for them being adjustable, or raising mounts and whatnot, there just needs to be a better balljoint used.
