heres how i see it. iw as told my KW that i wouldnt need drop spindles with 215 35 18 tires. i was told my truck will lay crossmember with jsu upper and lower arms and stock spindles. i was told that with 20s u would have to run drop spindles. so i already had the spindles before i decide to go all otu and do the front end right. so i ordered some arms got them and sold the spindles said i was told by kw that i DONT need them. however i found out i did nee dthem due to the ball joint binding before the truck layed out. so i send eric pics and call kw and spoke with eric who then tells em i need drop spindles after i was told there not needed. he also says i can raise my mounts? so wtf should i have all this extra work when in the 1st place i was told with arms id lay out. thats what pisses me off. dont tell customers one thing then a week or 2 later change ur story. he also said for a charge he will adjust the arms. i feel i shouldnt have to pay anything and they should be done free of charge? maybe im wrong bu t hats how i see it, u an tbe telln ppl one thing and then changing ur story to another once u buy the goods. i have nothin against ur arms or company there aweosme but didnt didnt do what u said they would do for me.
anyway guys we can bitch and complain all we want but im sure it wont get us anywhere at ,it doesnt seem to e anyway so maybe we should jus drop it, no pun intended lol

It's not that hard to move the upper arms mount up. It literally took me less than 20 minutes to do both sides on my truck. So that route is doable. Granted you should know you have to do this before buying them.

Mike, did you get your other arms on yet?

thats the whole point here... I shouldn't have to be moving the mounts and stuff... and if I had to that should have been said before buying them.

but moving the mount up might also cause it to bind at lift im thinking too.

Only one way to find out. Move it and tack it back in place. If it binds at lift, put it back, no big deal. The stock welds are easy to cut.
