There is no way 22"s will fit with the axle i got, it fits the 20"s perfect the axle measures 64 1/4 length with the 22"s it will rub. Iwanna get rid of the axle i got and put a different one with 5 lug conversion what lenght of axle i would need. Im puting a 350 chevy carbarator engine in it i don't want 6 lug anymore5 lug is the way i wanna go with so ill have more options on wheels. Its impossible, I would'nt even try it. Well tere is this one guy name luke rakilla that has 22"son his so tere is a possibility that he can help a fellow minitrucker out

On the rearend there is no set length to tuck a 22. You've just gotta buy your rear wheels however you want them as far as bs and offset, bolt them up and take measurements then shorten the rearend accordingly. Make sure your wheel and tire combo is'nt taller than 30" od or you'll come over the bedside.

I lay frame & tuck 20's. Stock axle. If you say you can tuck 20's i don't see why you can't tuck 22's w/ the same axle. It is not as much a height problem, as it is a width problem. If you get the same width rim/tire w/ the same offset I don't see what problem you will have. Granted the bedside gets narrower the higher you get, but I think you will be fine. Just get a wheel with the right offset.

The Front: i've got stock upper arms & tubular lowers. the lowers don't do anything for me but add strength & looks. The crossmember lays on 20s. You don't need to modify that. Your best bet would be to do a small Z in the frame. If I would go any bigger than a 35 seris tire, i would need to notch for my tierod because it is about a centameter away from the frame. So to do 22's you'll need more work than mine. Since you are re-building it anyway, just Z it & call it a day.

the trucks look WAY better if both ends are narrowed. i hate the look of a wheel that is right at the fender edge or bedside. if you are takin it to a good shop, dont worry about all this headache, if you are gonna contract a shop to do the truck, let them worry about it... you get the wheels you want, and have them modify the truck to fit them.

Not trying to sound smart but you said your truck is laying frame...but in the pictures it looks like its laying on crossmember in the front and needs about an inch and a half z to lay all the way out.

You guys think you can fit 24"s in the back of the dakota rag:
