the problem i would run into with doing that is clearance. the bag wants to rub on everything. the rim/tire, subfram, & brake lines. when i got with ARP on the mounts, they had a link on their site for camber plates. they called me a few days later & asked how i wanted them & what was i using them for

I did some thing simialar to my brothers rabit but a made an upper control arm and mounts. It worked good but the upper arm was so short when lifted fully, we had major bad positive camber. Look way cool I will try to find some pics.

you mean negative camber right??

well both actually, drop tucked everything nice and lifted the tops stuck out.

Got my front end put back together finally!! now all thats left is the rear end. since i haven't started my car in like 6 months, i decided it would be good to give it a shot. well lets just say im a lil upset with it. it just wont fire. its getting fuel, but i think my plugs are junk now. not really sure because i didn't try too hard to get it running. but here's the pics for now

So it took me more than a couple days to finish up ONE pivot bar & the rest of the hub bracket. Im still new to building custom suspension & this has been a huge learning process for me. I made alot of boo boos too lol. Its hard to explain the major one i made cause its alot to type & i have ADD so im not gonna type it. But the minor one involves too much positive camber. When i made the other half of the pivot bar, i made it too long. so all i had to do was cut it off & cut it down a bit. Another mistake of mine is making the Pivot point too high!! so now i don't get alot of lift in the rear at all. hopefully it ill be enough to get it on the trailer for Gator Drag

Looks great but I was able to get mine to sit lower with a lot less work. Still got some bugs to work out with the design though.

Someone pulled out in front of me so I had to take a curb in order to avoid hitting them. Eighteen inch rims with one inch of rubber doesn't hop a curb. Left the wheel hanging on by the drive axle. Screwed up the cross member, etc. Ended up with $4500 in damage, which as you can imagine, was a total loss. I could have fixed it probably, but I figured after 8 years, it was time to move on so I just went out and bought myself a truck. Miss having a car.
