Looks great but I was able to get mine to sit lower with a lot less work. Still got some bugs to work out with the design though.

that looks like when an athlete breaks there leg. it hurts just looking at it.

I must say, crucial neon, your ride is coming along sick as hell. can't wait to see it all buttoned up!

Doesn't look to have enough camber in the rear when its laid out. Do you still have alot of positive camber when its up? cause sure looks like you would. Glad to see it coming along, looks good so far.

that rear hub isn't bolted up to the cantilever. i pulled the custom mount off to finish up welding it. But it has very little camber when its laid out & even less when its all the way up

So it took me more than a couple days to finish up ONE pivot bar & the rest of the hub bracket. Im still new to building custom suspension & this has been a huge learning process for me. I made alot of boo boos too lol. Its hard to explain the major one i made cause its alot to type & i have ADD so im not gonna type it. But the minor one involves too much positive camber. When i made the other half of the pivot bar, i made it too long. so all i had to do was cut it off & cut it down a bit. Another mistake of mine is making the Pivot point too high!! so now i don't get alot of lift in the rear at all. hopefully it ill be enough to get it on the trailer for Gator Drag

If you are having issues with not enough lift due to making the pivot point too high why dont you space the bottom of the bag up? Put a piece of box tube or something under it, at least temporarily until you can lower the pivot point. I think this should help.

Well i just found out why she wont crank. The fuel pump is not turning on at all!!! Fuse is good & so is the relay, anyone have an idea why this is happening??

from someone who has experience with fked up fuel pumps...

and you know i do lol

check your damn wires dan.. you pulled the tank out to do this work... did you knick a wire, or pull one of the connections lose from a plug?

that or the pump is burned up.. tap the hot wire to the pump, and check for 12v.

its somethin simple, your just in to much of a rush

when i was working on my civic my fuel pump stopped working too. after testing and checking everything it turned out to be a unplugged wire that went to an airbag sensor behind the center console up against the firewall. pluged it in and pump came right back on.

Dont use Universal Air Suspension strut bags... well thats what I'd suggest you not do. Mine came in with stripped ports, I was charged to rebuild the bag, almost the price of a new one and it leaked when i got it back. They really are dicks and I'd still like to beat the shit out of whoever I was dealing with over there.

thats what i run, i havnt hard any badluck with them YET!!!!and htey been on my Pt Cruiser for bout 4 years...
