we are planning to mold the fenders and cowl as one piece...we will have to put a strip of metal in the fenders as tall as we raise the hood (to make then fender that much taller.), but with them and the cowl molded together, alignment should not be a problem...
sat the hood on today...looks like if we skin the metal reinforcement on the hood, we only need to come up about 1/8 inch or so with it, so maybe we can just tilt the front of the front end up when we put it back together, and completely eliminate the need to make the fenders taller. keep your fingers crossed
