I hate them because I got shot in the arm with one! Dude was lifting up the back of his truck, I bent over to look at the setup and BAM, almost lost my arm, the bag blew and the little ring on top shot out and hit me then went flying across the parking lot. dangerous shit.

Ive done so many installs with sleeves over or behind the axle, and would recommend them to anyone. The main problem is that people arnt informed about proper installation and use of them, and they end up failing. The only problem Ive run into is the insert pulling out of the bottom cup, and that only happened once for me, but ive heard of it from other people, altho I suspect overtightening and long bolts to be a main cause.

BTW 1/4" port is the same exact speed as 1/2" port with 1/2" line, another aspect that people are highly misinformed about.
