if you could post up some pics of the front that'd help me out a ton... show how the arms are modified to get it that low...

I don't have any pics but the frame is cut for a 2600 bag other than that its stock.
$250 I could section your arms and convert them to s10 spindle. Then you will have disc.

I might have to do that. I already have 2500 bags on the way for up front, so i'll see what kind of lift that gives me first, but I'll let you know on the arms.

werd, i'm pretty sure they shipped out today, so with a little luck I could have it dropped on the bags sometime in the next month... I shoulda known better than to buy a project during tax season, but at least it'll be sitting there ready to work on the minute April 18th rolls around

Looks like its time to start shaving it and taking your time on that, I would keep most of the chrome but lose the large spears down the sides. But thats just me.

I think I'm losing all the chrome actually, not 100% sure though... what do you guys think of this headlight conversion? Normally I'm not a huge fans of headlight conversions, but I've always liked the old ford lights like those.... It was done on a '40 chevy, but that car is pretty similar to the buick...

here's the buick front end:
