picked this up last night, i bought it off ebay. all original 6cyl 3spd was told the trans is bad(suspect clutch) and it hadnt run in over 4 years. meand my grandfather got it running this afternoon, points, coil, gas, and shot some oil in the cylinders. runs, idles, and rattles like a ol stright 6's do. bags and 20s real soon. ratrod for a year or so then bodydrop and restore

yeah my pops is screamin the same thing...cicayne is bad no doubt. i just figure since the floor is gone, why not. it dont look like it would take much (1.5) to get the body on the ground. i wouldnt even consider it if it were a impala or ss.

your right bout that. im gunna bag it and get it laid on the 20s for awhile and go from there. im already 2nd guessing it, my grandfather brought up the point of how bad it would kill the resale......ordering theo wheels and tirs in the morning

I love it. If you resto rod it even if it is body dropped, they are the hottest big money cars right now. Thing will be a kick ass car either way!
