My truck started having trouble starting when I would get in it in the morning. Then it started happening in the evenings too. I thought the alternator was going bad, took it to autozone and it passed their test. I thought maybe it was a drain on the battery, so I started disconnecting the negative battery terminal when I left the truck for long periods. Got in it the other morning and click-click-click it finally started but it spit and sputtered till I reved it up... same this this evening. So, it can't be a draw on the battery? Unless it is so bad that it won't let it charge while it is running, but I have had all the electronics on for about a year and no problems with my wiring job, so I don't see why something like that would happen all of a sudden now.
Any ideas?... thanks!
