Interesting to see that I'm not the only one having issues.

my fill times used to take twice as long as they were supposed to. but i did some rewiring and now the fill times are a minute longer than they are supposed to be, but that extra minute seems like forever. never thought that it could have been because of the back pressure. Lance said i need new intake valves and carbon brushes, which is like $70 a compressor, so i just excepted the longer fill times

I've had good experience with Lance. He sent me a few replacement hoses for some older compressors.

I'm running a 380 now, with the new style hose, and no issues. But I am running one of those huge check valves that Suicide Doors sells.

ive had tons of problems with viair hoses and started using a check valve from hate to say it but aim for 11 dollors each and make hydro line to connect and no problems sinceand we run nitro but they cant handle over 400 psihttp://airbagit.com/popup_image.php?pID=1331&osCsid=2f8db18f270e64052f79d445483ae006

Ive spoke with Lance a few different times always been nothing but 100% pleasant with me. I've replaced one hose before on a 380, but that was it. I have a 450 on the sonoma.

I have had that problem, what I did first was take the hose off and drill out the check valve. Then I put a parker check valve at the end.

And in the process voided the Viair warranty be removing the leader hose.

I find it quite interesting that I was told that they have never heard of an issue with their leader hoses.
