3 of the 6 were on Viair compressors. The 3 that were on the DC 5000s were on a truck that had never even been driven. The system had seen next to zero hours. I highly doubt heat exposure is the issue.
The check valve on the new hoses is different. Its longer. So the fact that its reversed in order with the swivel isn't the issue. Sure it could just be a strange coincidence that all of a sudden you have changed the check valves for no apparent reason if the old ones worked fine...but you have to agree it does seem a little strange to change a product that is apparently working fine.

I'm sorry. I honestly didnt want to be one of the 'hate thread guys' and its not my intention at all. But I just feel like I am getting read reasons off an excuse roladex everytime I have contacted you about this.

First it was wiring, then stuff clogging 3 out of 4 barely used valves, and now its heat because they are on non viair compressors.

There are other people in this thread who have had the same problem. So i don't know what to say really. I'm hoping the new hoses are gonna fix the problem, and I guess I need to order up a couple for my own truck and void those warranties by changing them over.

What is the local time where you are now so that I can know the time difference and call. I would like to send you a couple of these hoses just so you can have a look. I'm gonna cut one open myself as well.

Its 4:06 p.m. right now, sorry I didn't answer sooner - I was called into a meeting.

I wish I had a Rolodex to answer some of the questions we get around here. On some fronts of the business, you never have any issues. On the air suspension side, there's plenty... and they're always something different.

I have tried, and will continue to make every attempt to provide excellent service to you.
