Yeah I am but, not on some wierd diet just not eating alot of carbs, sugars, and not drinking regular coke. I eat a lot of boiled chicken, reg chicken, boiled egg whites, low carb pasta, and drink alot of water, suger-free kool-aid or suger-free hawaii punch and unsweetened iced tea with splenda. I don't even drink diet coke. I cook alot more 2. I use alot of stuff that is more healthy for me and my wife since she is a diabetic and I need to watch what I eat. We haved saved alot more money since we don't eat out every night and we stay home and cook. I only eat a third of what I did eat. I only try to eat meals a day one at lunch time and once during the evening. I did weigh 314 and now that I don't drink coke and on me being on my diet I weigh 263. I have lost over 50 pounds and I feel awesome.
