i work out 5-6 days a week and try to eat as healthy as possible. lots of brown rice, vegetables, pasta, chicken and steak. i rarely do any cardio all i do is lift weights. but i do a cycle of winstrol once a year to keep the body fat off during the summer. im 5'10 185lbs and im benching 290.

lol, you are doing it the "better" or "healthier" i guess you could say way Cris, but in your words, oh well! i cant do all that jazz. involves too much thinking. im not good at that. but cant wait for it to heat up a bit cuz i do wanna ride my bike some more.

Im 6ft and was at 270 when i finally realized I needed to cut down. I dont excersise at all and I still lost 10 pounds just from cutting out soda and restricting my fast food intake. I absolutely hate all vegetables and it shows. Although I know its not the best idea, I restrict my meals to one a day during the weekdays. My target is 200 pounds so we will see. Ive been told that walking works wonders

piss on walking/running. ride a bike. you can go longer and its better on your joints. ive tested this. running 1 mile=me almost passing out. riding a bike approx 6 miles= feeling good and not hurting.

you are killing yourself eating 1 meal a day... i eat like 5-7 times a day... good breakfast, snack, decent lunch, snack, decent dinner, snack and a bottle of endurox if i workout....

i just finished my dinner, a delicous multi-grain wrap filled with tofurkey's italian sausage, lettuce, veggie cheese, and a delicious mustard-based dressing....

cris...where do u get all this stuff and is it more expensive than normal foods at the store? by normal i dont mean doritos and hungry mans. i mean grabbin a steak, chicken tits, and all your fruits/veggies?

he'll chime in im sure, but i believe he orders all the weird shit online. his kashi cereal i believe he just picks up at the grocery store and all the "supplement" type stuff he orders off the net if i remember right.
