by the way nice pic of my truck in ur coverage, seemed alot of ppl liked my tailgate treatmentDude, your tailgate is great. When I was editing the pics I sat there with my boy and we talked about how great it is to see something new in a 20 something year old scene. Guys like you are helping the scene keep growing. I wish I could have gone to the show and saw it in person.

I saw this thread and the paint job and thought they were way to close to have both been independent ideas. However since I sold my truck I forgot how I came up with my bed design.
It is exactly the same as another members on here. My friend and I came up with the design after looking at hundreds of different beds.I wanted a single rounded tub that flowed into where I could keep my sub box. Plus I wanted rounded bed corners. I was so pissed when I came on here and found pretty much the exact bed I was thinking of. I said screw it and did mine pretty much the same but added a access hatch and pop up tails. I probably have the file of different trucks that I used to come up with the idea somewhere.
I think I even messaged the owner and said what I was doing. So stranger things have happened. I also think that half of the renderings that people get made or have a friend that is good at photoshop make never actually make it into reality. I have never seen the truck that had the same bed as mine finished and mine is probably dead somewhere in Vegas now anyhow.
