something to think about....

I wrecked my truck once in a freeway wall doin 45-45mph. Dam city bus cutting me off.
It was bagged and no fender wells. Had it repaired And still drive it today.
I'm not worried about my stuff but others i see tend to scare me too.

But you also have to add the intimidation factor we have on other cars on the road. You know what i mean they see us lookin sick as hell and cruisin an 1" off the pavement and sittin lower then any of them, especially the lifted guys.lol Some frown upon what we do while others give the ole thumbs up. And I always hit the switches for the kids just staring, watching there lips say mommy look its moves up and down, as I sit at the light then drag away for them to say WOW! All in the hope for the future of MINITRUCKIN'

i totaly understand what you mean. ive always kinda wondered why people didnt build any sort of crush zones on SFBD frames. i have been apart of building a few circle track and hill climb cars and thats one of the main parts we look into while building the frames and cages. it just seems that everyone just trys to make their SFBD frames as stout as they can make them.
