ever feel like giving up??

there are times when i just feel like putting my tacoma back together and drive it as is. but then i look at all the work ive done and feel that ive gone too far and just need to finish it. just wondering if anyone feels like quiting at time due to thei project. for me its been 3 years since i have driven it, then this year i bought a house and had a kid so that puts more strain on the pockets. i havent been to any big shows this year and i think thats also what has me depressed. just wanted to vent and see if anyone else feels this way

with the exception of the rich guys that can afford to trailer it from the frame shop, to the bodyshop, then the interior shop all in a few months...

This tread is going to be long.....I think we all do. But its all worth it in the end. tons of hours and no money will drag you down in a hurry....does for me. Not going to shows is big for me because a lot of my fuel is from going to shows and looking at other bitchin rides and friends harrassing me about wheres your truck? Good luck brother , keep your head up and dont settle on half done even if it takes 3 more years.

Yeah I have to agree I have never really finished any vehicle I have ever started on. Always run outta money or, someone wants to trade, or the engine blows up, or the transmission shits out. God I have had a bunch of bad luck with cars. I think this one will be different. I am saving up parts and money till I can do it all at one time. Keep your head up chest out and never settle for cutting corners just to get it done remember its your ride and its shouldn't be "done" until you are completely satisfied with it!

I'm at that point with mine as well. I've got so many more plans for it but I can't get started on any and the trucks rotting away in the garage because I haven't been able to to touch it for more time than I'd care to think about. frustrating as hell

everyday I feel like junking mine! But i can't bring myself to do it, cause I would really like to finish it.

just told a good friend today that i was thinkin about scrapping my blazer!
i don't know wtf to do though,that would kill me

Im in the same boat man, havent drivin my taco in at least 2-3 years, but ima hang in there

I to haven't driven my mazda in over 2 years, I have though a few times about stripping the parts I can sell and taking the rest to the scrap yard but then my old lady slaps me and tells me to hang in there.
