Pics of my stepnotch, do you see any issues?

I understand that you guys are concerned about not being able to weld the inside of the notch plates to the frame, but the way that the notch is designed will not have any weaknesses because of it.

Looks great man, def keep the fan off when you weld tho your blowing your shielding gas away and that makes your weld crappy. Cant wait to see them welded into the truck
