No the actual roll pan has been pushed towards the cab. I can see the tailgate twisted. Thats what made the bedside buckle outward. I think it needs the portapower, because I'm not sure I am strong enough to reverse the twist in the tailgate. I will try palming the crease first though, in case I am seeing things out of anger and the tailgate isn't actually twisted.

never the less seth, i know you are mad but take a deep breath and look at as a virtue. go pull the bed tommorow and do all the sheetmetal work you want to do to it at the same time.

stop now dont mess with it if you got a body guy let them mess with it. some times pulling on it just right will do more then just going at it. sometimes you can do more bad then good let a pro look at it before you try. i know i have fixed stuff that other people have tried to fix and it is a lot worse then it would have been a ball peen hammer is a bad thing sometimes lol.

I will be lookin at it soon enough. Doesn't look too bad to me. Definitely fixable by what I can see.

I took a closer look after dinner, and it looks like it just bent my two bedside supports, which are just 1.25 x .188 flat bar. I am going to cut them loose from the bed and see what it does. It bent the rear support inwards, and the front support outwards. I think the bedside is just twisted.
Pete says it can be fixed, I trust his judgement. I'll see what he says after I cut the supports, and go from there. I'd like to get it back into shape, then finish the metal work on the bed and give it to him to finish.
I know my way around shaping metal, but not so much with repairing damage.
