I am ready to have Doug De Haven BLOW up my bags along Firestone, ContiTech, Slam Air at any time he wants to set up the test. Lets proceed.

Thank you,

That can be the NEXT test after the compressors haha. I am working on building a 7 Ton 14,000 lbs containment rig to test air springs under restraint. I have had people express interest in a side by side of the DeNOMINATOR and the DOMINATOR

Hello,
My experiences with Aim started when I was 16 with my first paycheck from my first job...Taco Bell. I rolled my entire check into drop spindles and lower blocks for my 91 yota. I installed them and where ever that truck is I bet they are still on there. Even after I took the blocks out, cranked the torsions up and used it as a work truck I never had any problems. Fast forward several years and many vehicles lifted and lowered to 01 and my hot off the lot Standard Cab Silverado. I ordered a complete kit from Aim with everything except a notch and fittings. My parts came quickly and I had it torn down the same weekend. As I started diving into the project I started noticing problems with certain items like 2 left lower bag mounts, ordered a DC2000 and received DC7 (no complaints), broken switch in my switch box, rear lower mounts were a little wide for my specific application and a leaking valve manifold. I called and was frustrated with the ordeal I had to go through in order to get the broken parts fixed so I cut and welded and did what I needed to do to make the parts work. I was completely frustrated with the parts and didn't use all of them but I got the project finished and ran 76,000 miles with that truck towing, dragging and using it like a truck without a single blown bag or part failure. I have rebuilt the compressor but I still use it to this day.

The frustration I had with my parts and the company stays with me to this day. Everyday when I punch in and start my day I remember what I went through and how pissed off it made me and that is why I spend 8-12 hours a day at Chassis Tech making sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

My name is Ryan Davies and I have worked at Chassis Tech for about 5 years now. I am part of a great team here and we are working hard to make the best possible parts. I do 80% of the design, all the programming for all of our profiling machines (laser, plasma and waterjet) as well as all the 3 axis CNC work on all the steering wheels. I am not a salesman, I don't make commission and I care more about it right, then making a dollar (which is probably why I'm not in sales). I am glad to see this happening and while I can't post as much as Joe I will try to help out with what I can.

Thank you,
RSD

well hell, i just typed up a huge post with details of all my problems. when i hit post, it didn't post so shit. i'm not typing all that again so i'll just give you the cliff notes.

*didn't know any better and bought from AIM
*was lied to by being told steering wheel will fit adapter and it didn't
*studs broke on all four bags
*wouldn't warranty a bag because judging from PICTURE (not in person) they said they bag had rub marks and the truck hadn't even seen the road.
*gave my dad the wrong spindles when he picked them up and would not pay shipping cost at all even though it was COMPLETELY THEIR FAULT

Earlier this year we went to bags with female mounts to eliminate any possibility. On the Steering wheel, We make adapters that will adapt it to any configuration, they have always been available as a separate item. I will be happy to give you one n/c. You did not give me enough information on the spindle. Most of the time a wrong spindle is because if is a C10 with either a 1" thick rotor, or a 1.25" thick rotor. Was this the case?Thank you for your posting and contact me directly at joe@chassistech.com
